Mastercraft Plumbing

A mutual friend told me about Marcus at Mastercraft Plumbing. I reached out and asked if he would be interested in doing all the plumbing for a new house I was building, he jumped all over it and man im glad he did. The guys over there really know there stuff! I provided a print and they took care of the rest! 10/10 recommend!

I have called Mastercraft twice now when I was in a pinch and both times they have been nothing short of wonderful. On one of the coldest days of the year, I had my pressure tank fail. I called other plumbers and they couldn’t fit me in for nearly a week. They were able to send a guy out within an hour. He was polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. He was also cool with my dog which made it much less stressful for us all. The job is done right and the price was fair. I highly recommend giving them a call for plumbing service anytime.

A project that should have taken two months, took almost six. They ordered a tub filler that didn't fit in the space. They ordered a different one that took a long time and then ended up leaking. Their vent work in the basement ended up resulting in a leak in the basement. After finally getting the tub installed, the drain wasn't put in correctly so the tub wouldn't fill and they had to come out AGAIN! At every step in the process WE had to reach out, 'when are you coming to...?' We've hired a lot of contractors over the years and this was by far the most frustrating experience we have ever had. The owner was happy to take our check, but won't return my call.

hey there I'm a 74 yr old disabled senior who has been a resident going on 40 yrs and have used numerous businesses over the years some good some not so much this is the first time I've felt that I needed to write a review. I've had a plumber that I have used in the past however he's older than me and retired so I looked for one in the yellow pages still have one anyway called a few because I needed a drain snaked got quotes from them mastercraft was higher in price however they could get out that day didn't mind paying a little more for same day service my original estimate of 295.oo turned into 1100.00 and I had to buy a part and repair it myself 60 ft of snake and a room that looked like a Georgia swamp I will never use this company again and will never recommend to anyone totally dis

Mark is reliable, honest/trustworthy, and his work is as good as it gets for every kind of plumbing issue. He’s helped me out with a complete update of all fixtures in a bathroom of a 1926 Craftsman in Saline, as well as new installations in a 30 year old Pinckney home. He really cares about delivering maximum quality and goes the distance to make sure everything is done perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend him for all your plumbing jobs.
