We used MasterCraft K&B to remodel our master bathroom. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The final product is way beyond our original expectations and we will definitely use them again when we remodel our other upstairs bathroom. The process started working with Alex who was very helpful with design concepts and recommendations. We leaned on Alex a lot because of his experience and were very happy with the choices he recommended and how they look/feel/work in our bathroom now. Chris did most of the work in our bathroom and he was also great to work with. Communicative, clean, professional, and above all a fantastic craftsman. We had a challenging project for MasterCraft. Living in a Cape style home where a previous renovation had added a large great room to the back of the house, the original kitchen footprint was constrained by an attached garage and now served as a thoroughfare to the addition. With little counter space, we asked MasterCraft to expand into the garage to have both room for an island and room for the circulation. We also worked with them to open the plan better and while not true open concept, the result is a free flowing transformation unexpected in a Cape style home. I’m not even sure where to start. We went with Mastercraft because we thought we would get what we paid for. Their pricing was much higher than other quotes we got, but figured we would get better quality on our shower remodel. It took longer than what was listed on our project outline and the material is subpar. When they said they finished, the door to the shower wouldn’t open or close because the door is not even close to square with the frame and the seal was installed incorrectly, and the shower was leaking in the garage. They came back and fixed the leak, they said it was because they didn’t connect the pipes properly. We can highly recommend Mastercraft for kitchen renovation and especially production manager Joseph Wright. The experience started and ended exactly as he laid out for us: "We just want to make sure you are happy" and he and all of the workers certainly did. The workmen showed up when promised and on time and did a fantastic job from demolition through the complete kitchen and laundry room installation. They did their job and beyond, wanting to be personally satisfied that everything was right. They were on time and on budget and when small glitches arrived everyone including Joe pitched in to get it taken care of. The end result is a beautiful kitchen that we are in love with thanks to all of the people at Mastercraft.
