Tyler and Frank are very professional, conscientious, and took the time to explain our AC problem. They troubleshooted our AC and were able to provide us with options on the new AC unit that we had recently purchased from another company. :( :( I wished we had known about Master AC beforehand; they would have saved us a lot of money, time, regret and hassles. We are a life-time customer going forward.

We cannot say enough about Master Air conditioning and Heating Inc. When our air went out they were Johnny on the spot and came out within 2 hrs. They diagnosed the problem and within a week we had a brand new unit installed. Mike and Tyler did an excellent job. Very professional. We would highly recommend this company.

Our AC unit decided to go during this heat wave they came out on 4th of July thank God they were there, the service tech Tyler got me going a least temporarily, he told me my unit was not going to last much longer so he contacted Frank their man who comes out and gives estimates he was great, super friendly, knowledgeable after inspecting my AC he had a proposal ready with in a day and set up installation within a couple of days and I might add at a very reasonable price, our new heat pump will be installed by the 9th. Josh came 2 hours after talking with them. Work was done quickly and professionally. He told me what the issues were and got our unit repaired and running properly and was finished within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend this company and Josh personally. He was fair , honest and very personable.
