Today 3/6/26 was my first maintenance by the new company ( Wire Wizard ) who had taken over the original company. I am Happy to say the 2 workers that came to my house to do the maintenance had already been announced earlier by the owner of the company to let me know who was coming to my house, along with a photo of the worker..I really Appreciated that effort on the behalf of the owner. They were both polite and courteous and knew their job well,and did everything that had been stated on the work order.. I think I have hit the Jackpot for the maintenance on my generator and felt Very Comfortable and Confident that their service was completed as stated.. Prior to arrival, I received a Text with the electrician’s name who was arriving shortly, along with his picture - nice touch adding a secure feeling. The work with done efficiently with precision and added care in every aspect of the project. When done, they made sure that there was no debris left behind. Excellent service with the friendliest of staff. The electricians are prompt, dependable, and fast. They are priced well and no surprises (even emergency before a holiday.) Arranging a time was no problem thanks to Kendra. The electricians alerted me when they were on the way and provided a photo of who would be arriving. All round a good company and I highly recommend you call them for electric work. They were recommended to me by my boss and she gave me good advice!
