Jim , Roman and their crew are absolutely amazing!! With having an 82 yo father out of state and trying to direct my husband and I in the old fashion ways, Jim made it happen lol My dad kept saying only put the roof on at the dark of the moon, therefore we had to ask dear dad of excate dates lol Given these dates, Jim applied himself and crew to accommodate. Great business all the way around, plus lifetime warranty is a plus as well!!

Walker Lee was great at helping me with replacing a roof damaged from a storm. He went over and beyond what he needed to do. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. The color that he suggested looks great!! The roofing crew worked very hard and got the old roof off and the new roof on very quickly. They cleaned up everything and anything that they had to move was put back in it’s place.

Roman and Jim went above and beyond and did a great job. They were courteous and did what they said they would do. When I asked if they could look at a couple other issues they took care of those issues too.

I had wind damage to my roof I called Jim and talked to him. He had me take some pics and sent to him. He met with the insurance agent. He helped me through the process. Had the roof replaced with in 3 weeks of picking the color. It was a complete tear off and replace . They had it done in 1 day and was very professional. I would definitely suggest you give them a call. Great companies like this are few and far between!! Thanks Jim for everything.

When it comes to insurance type of activities I have been jaded in the past. After the rounds of storms we had in March we unfortunately had major damage to our roof and I was not looking forward to the process to say the least. What made this experience far better than anything I could have expected was the service of Master Roof Contracting. Jim and Roman provided superb service and sent JR to our home asap. The entire crew was super knowledgeable and helped ease my concerns and answered everything. JR even offered help when I needed to call insurance!
