Mike and his helper were great, they went out of there way to get this done for me because I was still snowed in , I just couldn’t get it cleared this year , heart and breathing problems , they did a great job and cleaning up everything , he explained everything to me and kept me informed on what he was doing, he even cleared some snow for me before he left , I would like to have Them come back for all my repairs and stuff , Thank you All very much Nelson Combs

It's winter time so if course the furnace wants to act up! Master got me in for a service call quickly and easily. John was fantastic! He got me up and running quickly, checked my furnace over and was super friendly and professional. He answered my questions thoroughly , and was just pretty awesome. So appreciate the service provided by MS Sam Gilman. He came in and worked quickly and efficiently with respect for our home. Once he finished his work, he explained what was done/needed and was straightforward. It was just an annual check up but still appreciated his personable approach and positive attitude! Mike was great he came right away and fixed our furnace quickly and at a very affordable rate. This is on a Sunday during extremely cold conditions. He's a really nice guy and explained everything to us. We will most definitely call him for any future needs. Thanks so much Mike!
