Cayden, was great to work with on our project, he and John stayed late to finish the job so we had a working fireplace before the holidays.

Masters Services has been consistently great throughout years of working together. Their salesrep Kyle is a great resource anytime I have chimney questions. Best in Dallas, hire them, you will always be glad you did!

Cayden and his crew did a great job installing chimney caps on my 2 chimneys. They were prompt with their estimates and completing the job.

Owner replied to my original review on 6/24/25 and states they have no Lynn or drama as a customer. I have been a customer since 2015. Recently had to reuse for warranty work that somehow was not covered. I am a PREVIOUS customer who will no longer ever use this business. Owner, please search invoice number 95946 for $850 and invoice number 7854 for $2,2925.00. If you still cannot locate Lynn, then you have some serious issues other than worrying about my review. Our fireplace is 27 years old and never been cleaned. We found Master Services (google) and made an appointment. JC from Master Services came out and inspected and cleaned our fireplace. We have put this off for years and are so glad we had the fireplace cleaned. JC is a Great representative for Master Services. No BS and was straight forward with us.
