I've hired this company 4 or 5 times because it was a local, family run business in the neighborhood that I was happy to support -- but this is the last time I will work with them. I hired them for 3 projects on this latest round: (1) to replace a cast iron toilet flange, and they opened up (and did not repair) a hole in the floor larger than the base of a toilet and now the flange (and entire toilet weight) is supported only by the cast iron pipe; (2) to install a new kitchen sink, and the drain is way out of alignment from the center of the sink, even though at my request they went back in and tried to fix it once and it is no better; and (3) to replace the valves on the 3 water pipes in a bathroom, and one was not installed properly and leaked for 24 hours onto the floor and behind the

I called them for a last minute issue this morning. They came within the hour to check it out. We were installing a bidet and the pipe that connects to the tank wasn't screwing back in properly, so when we turned the water on, water would start leaking out of the bottom of the tank. Rob Jr. Came within the hour of me calling him and fixed everything really quick within 10 minutes. Turns out the threads were crossed, and he even helped finish the installation of the bidet. He can work around really tight spaces as well. Expert service!

Robert helped us today when we had on and off heat for days and January in New England is NOT a good time to not have heat. He came diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was responsive, quick, and professional. Robert now has a customer for life. Thank you!

Highly recommend. Called them first thing on a Monday morning to fix my leaking kitchen sink. Came with in a few hours and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Would def use again!

Robbie was scheduled two different times to arrive on location for an active leak. Both times Robbie did not show. Multiple phone calls and emails were sent with no response. Very unprofessional.
