Should be a 10 in my Book! I reached out on Tuesday 1-20-26 in the afternoon and LM4 Bobby! He returned the call at 6:30pm same day an we scheduled a visit on Wednesday and they completed a flawless installation on Friday 1-23-26 just before the ARKANSAS Winter Whiteout was to hit the River Valley. I had a Generac at my previous house and got another one at my new house. Both were installed by Justin from Matlock Electric and I am very pleased. Justin is very knowledgeable and does great work. If I ever need a third one I would request Justin again.
