Matlock's Lock and Key

Wow, did I get lucky to come across Matlock. The phone was answered promptly by a polite, well spoken woman. She set up an appointment for the next day for my faulty door handle to be inspected. Mat came on time, knew what was wrong, said he'd find a part to work for me if possible and return the next day. And the next day he came on time again and solved my problem quickly. Fast, efficient, fairly priced - what more could I ask for? Thanks Mat!

Internal, semi-automatic door locking mechanism on a double entry door was frozen in the open position. An accurate diagnosis and appropriate repair work got it working like a charm. Will definitely use Matlock's again. Reasonable price.
