Edward has been servicing my appliances for many years. Always on time, professional, knowledgeable, experienced and he goes above and beyond to get everything right! Honest and forthcoming.

Like a previous reviewer, called and left a detailed message in October. Never heard back from them. Update as of 11/12. After calling Wolf directly, they referred us to Matrix. This time Matrix answered the call and sent Edward out a few days later. Edward was super professional and the repair cost was reasonable.

Edward came to our house to repair a non level cooktop. He discovered that the install was done incorrectly. Edward had to dismantle a bit of the stove to find the problem. After fixing the stove top, he noticed the hood fan was excessively loud, so he took it apart and found the damper was installed incorrectly. He then noticed the microwave was missing a border piece and that the install was again done incorrectly. Edward went above and beyond. He also explained some features on our appliances that I did not know. This is how all service should be done, but it is so rare. Matrix Appliance has a fantastic and rare employee.

Edward has come out twice and both times he was friendly, professional, and exceeded our expectations! The first time he came out he fixed a wire that had been disconnected on our wolf cooktop before it was installed. The second time he came out and fixed our 590 series sub zero refrigerator. We got the refrigerator used for free and we’re not sure the condition it was in and we had a problem with the coils completely freezing. Not only did he defrost, clean, and fix the problem he also did an entire system check for us. He even took the time and painted three screws and two springs so that you couldn’t see them hold the top grill on. We couldn’t be happier and will only call Matrix for our appliance maintenance needs.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Matrix Appliance. First of all, we had already had two other repairmen from another company out to service our older Sub Zero—but who clearly had no clue what they were doing. Thankfully, we were referred to Matrix. Edward arrived right on time, put on booties and diagnosed the problems. He then cam back a week or two later with the parts needed, and basically rebuilt the fridge (new compressor, new seals, new lights) and installed a new icemaker. IT IS LIKE A NEW FRIDGE!!!!! This guy knows what he is doing and I will never call another company to come out—Matrix has our business from now on!
