I had a major problem with my boiler system controls - 4 thermostats/zones. Kevin performed extensive diagnostics and completely rewired the spaghetti like mess and installed a new control panel, plus new thermostats. Incredible job working well!

Kevin is amazing! He installed our air conditioning in our home which is over 100 years old and it has been working beautifully. We had one issue 7 years later and he came out immediately and fixed it during a thunderstorm. And then checked in with us Days later to be sure that it was still working well. We wholeheartedly recommend Kevin and matrix heating and cooling.

I have been doing my own plumbing and homeowner repairs for the last 30 years. Sometimes you don’t know who you can trust.. There are times when a repair is beyond my skill set. I meant to write this review last year, when Kevin helped me with an emergency repair (during PEAK demand for plumbers, in winter heating season.) He came in with very little notice, and did an electronic component repair to the furnace, that another plumber was not able to do. Today, He came for a similar repair. Turns out it was not needed. Another Plumber could’ve taken advantage of this, but Kevin did not He told me EXACTLY what to do to keep my system running & went over detailed suggestions for future PM.. Kevin is the absolute best! We had a complex AC installation and he did a fantastic job. He did it the right way, was extremely communicative throughout the process, and went above and beyond for us.
