Absolutely one of the best companies out there. Rearranged their schedule to provide same day service on putting down a new vapor barrier in a dirt basement. Treated for any future mold. Very professional. I would highly recommend them with no reservations.

John Brinson reached out to me after we had a plumber come and fix our issue. It was Christmas Eve and a pipe had burst inside our vanity area wall- in our master bedroom. Our carpet and vinyl floors were soaked in the closet, the vanity area, and into the bathroom. John came out that day, arriving as soon as the plumbers finished up. He assessed the damage, made sure to get multiple floor fans and a dehumidifier set up ASAP. He asked all impertinent questions which I hadn’t even thought to ask myself (anyone in our house w/asthma, allergic to these chemicals, etc) and I do have reactive asthma, plus we have a baby who stays in our room too, so he made sure anything he had to use would be safe for her as well. He cleaned the area up and even vacuumed and swept up what the plumbers had left

Caleb and his crew did an amazing job with helping to resolve the water damage and subsequent mold in my home. He was quick to come out and thorough. James was also extremely helpful in answering questions and helping me to navigate the crazy insurance world.

I was extremely impressed with Matrix Mitigation. Caleb came the day after the plumber found the leak. He assessed the situation, walked me thru the entire process and helped me file the insurance claim. He came back the next day and they got everything that had been wet torn out in about 6 hours. They left fans going over the weekend to get everything completely dry, came back on Monday to remove them. They've filed the claim with my insurance company. They've friendly, efficient and professional. Would definitely use them again but hopefully I'll never need them!
