This is the second time I've used Peach State Garage Door. They came out and installed my new garage door when I first moved to Georgia in late 2023, and today they came back out to replace the motor. They were great to work with both times. The office staff is polite and easy to deal with. I called at 7:30pm on Tuesday, and they were here at 8am on Wednesday. Bryson was my technician for both installations. He showed up on time, explained to me what I needed, answered my questions, and was upfront with the pricing. He does quality work, and he works fast. He showed up a little after 8am and was finished up before 10. Overall, this is a great company to do business with. I'll definitely continue using them in the future. Had an exceptional experience with Bryson from Peach State today -- We had them come out and take a look after another company's assertion that our door was unrepairable and that the entire thing needed to be replaced for north of $2500 after a cable snapped, leaving the door stuck in the up position. For less than half of that, Bryson was able to replace the cables, springs, rollers, and kept me informed the whole way. There was no salesy pushiness, just information and recommendations of bare minimum vs what will keep us from needing a return visit in a year or three. Peach State Garage Doors is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, their communication and timing were excellent. They got our service scheduled quickly and the whole process was so smooth.
