Matteo Landscaping

I came into my new home and called them to start service on my lawn. They came the first day and did really good job. After, 2 weeks they turned complete 180 with their service. They would spend like 2-3 mins to do 15-20 mins work. They would skip cleaning weeds, and pruning the bushes and trees. They would blow leaves into the neighbors yard instead of collecting. I spoke with the owner Matteo, and is super unprofessional and snarky with his responses. He would lie with his responses when I have camera feed that shows the evidences. I would never recommend them to anyone in my block.

Past 3 years continuous issues with neighbors using this service and them blowing their lawn leaves onto mine , many complaints later still happening. Most recent complaint was the kicker - daughter watched the guy doing it and proceeded to pull out her phone as the guy acted like he wasn’t doing anything walking away - called to complain , guy picked up the phone wouldn’t verify it was a landscaping business before I even said what I was calling about … odd way to pickup a business phone & it woulda been a lost customer if I wanted lawn service to begin with - would stray away if you enjoy a nice relationship with your neighbors they are lazy!

If you value your neighbors don’t use this company. For years they have been blowing leaves onto my law , I’ve had enough. I had my fall cleanup yesterday and came home as they were blowing my neighbors leaves onto my lawn. I went and tried to speak to the guys and was met with laughs. Will be sending a bill on how much I’m paid at my professional job for my time cleaning this up now that my guys have already done it. Terrible owner , terrible staff. No professionalism.
