Wow! Horrible customer service. Jake is a con man. He would make a great used car salesman. Promises the world. He constantly asked for more money than we agreed on and never finishes anything. He makes you feel excited about the service you’ll receive with his vibrant way of speaking and details about the final product.... then disappears for days and weeks, asks for money at intervals of completion that was not part of the deal. Lies constantly about scheduling and planning. Wouldn’t recommend this guy for building his own bomb shelter.
This man is a con. I paid him a deposit for exterior house repairs and he didn’t pay his workers so two of them called me personally for money. He made schedule promises for two weeks he didn’t fulfill. And the work is shoddy. We fired him. Beware of this guy.
