Matthews Quality Carpet Cleaning

Matthew did a fantastic job with our home. In addition to being meticulous with our 3000 sq. ft house., he got out a pet vomit stain we thought had permanently ruined our 2 year old carpets. This included cleaning an area rug for about half the price of what others quoted. To boot, his personality was great and he presented very professionally, unlike past cleaners. We will be customers of Matthew's Quality Carpet Cleaning from here on out. The word "quality" actually means something to him. Highly recommended.

I hate to change my original review but I am bc I had originally had a wonderful experience and was very pleased with the carpet cleaning. But 3 days later my carpets were still damp. (And most of the high traffic stains came back) I was told they’d be dry in 8 hours. I know nothing about carpets so I did nothing but waited, and over the following weeks my carpets smelled musty and so I finally just called asking about it and was criticized for not calling within two days instead of waiting so long. The owner said it was ridiculous that I was calling now and said that I or they could spray them with odoban. Maybe I should have called sooner but I’d moved EVERTHING to clean the carpets and had to plan for this so I wasn’t exactly chomping at the bit to do this all over again. Also the pote

This review is a bit late but we used Matthews Quality Carpet Cleaning in June of 2023 to clean our office. He was prompt and did a great job on the office carpeting. It looked and smelled amazing. He came on a weekend!! We will definitely use them again! Nice guy too!

I had a great experience. He cleaned my recliner and love seat and it looks brand knew. The time he was there he was polite, friendly and professional. I have already recommended his company to several friends. I would definitely use his services again.
