I was able to book them for the following day. The technician showed up on time and was very professional. He did an excellent job with our sofa, it looks like new! Editing 24 hours after service: Once the sofa dried, it appears that some stains still remain. They got a lot of them out, but the couch isn't as perfect as my original review implies. Sadly, the machine left brown markings/lines (see photos) like a vacuum on 2 of the cushions that make the sofa look a bit worse than it did before it was cleaned. Original review: They came quickly and cleaned our couch so that it looks brand new. Will definitely use them again!
