Absolutely outstanding service. Above and beyond in every way. I cannot say enough good things about Mats Mobile Mechanic. After spending over four hours in the freezing cold trying to change a tire, we were exhausted and stuck. Mat came out late, ran into us at the parts store, and treated us with so much kindness and professionalism it honestly restored my faith in people. Not only did he give us an incredibly fair deal, but he put my job first even though he had another one lined up, because mine was shorter and he knew we had already been through a long night. He worked efficiently, explained everything clearly, and never once made us feel rushed or taken advantage of. Matt is fantastic. I had a dead battery, reached out, and he got back to me the same day. He came out and replaced my battery within 15 minutes. He was courteous, kind, and very fairly priced, and he clearly explained my options ahead of time. Paying with Apple Pay was easy, too. Truly a gem to have a reliable mobile mechanic come to my house on a freezing Michigan day. Highly recommend!

This was my first time reaching out to Matt. I have a 2014 Escape that would not start and had been sitting for 6+ months. I explained my cars issue to him and he thoroughly explained to me what the issue could be and quoted a price contingent upon the diagnostic check. He was at my house within 15 mins and was able to fix my car, at the quoted price. Now I can put my summer car that never sees the snow in storage and start driving my winter car again. The whole process took about 2 hours. I’m so grateful for the prompt service and he was friendly to boot. I will definitely call him next time I need a repair and refer him to friends and family.
