I called Matz-Rightway as they are an authorized service rep for the central AC unit I had installed 8 years ago. The unit had a ten year warranty which I was having trouble with the original installation company to call the manufacturer and start the warranty replacement of the failed parts. The technician Walter L assessed the situation, found out the parts I needed from the manufacturer were in stock and placed an order for it. I was also sent a cost estimate to my phone in a few minutes. Walter was most professional in his assessment of the problem and dealing with the manufacturer. I was very pleased with his troubleshooting abilities and his customer service.

Walter was an amazing diagnostician and service technician for our A/C problem today. He spent time explaining all the issues and all the solutions and by the time he left, our A/C unit was running great He actually got inside the unit to vacuum and wash it out as well as changing a fan and motor. I would highly recommend him and Matz

I found Matz -Rightway on a Google search and hired them to service my heating system. Michael Hegeman was the technician who performed the maintenance, he was professional, thorough and highly efficient! I’m also using them for my ductless mini split system. I highly recommend Matz-Rightway!
