Very hard to reach, he is very rude and his "team" of 4 are unprofessional. They left hoses in my pool all fall into winter. This caused the top to come off in certain areas. I had to remove the house they left as the ground ws freezing it was January. Just awful. I have nothing good to say for this company or the owner who only wants to be emailed even if you need for him to come fix the heater. He is is unpleasant and flat out rude. His employees are not motivated to do the job and don't do a good job cleaning the pool.
