After one high estimate, one higher estimate and the highest estimate, I called Mavis Builders. Dwayne came over (on time) starting taking measurements and answered all f my questions. His bid came in the lowest and he even offered money saving suggestions. He was familiar with the insurance process and kept me up to date while Mavis and the insurance company played I’ll pay for this and not that game. The work was done in a timely manner and way better than expected. Dwayne is a pleasure to work with. I would 100% recommend Mavis for any remodel or building projects.
