We used Marvin & his crew at Mavy Home Improvement for deck construction and some door replacements in the past. So when we decided to do some new interior renovations we knew that we wanted to work with Marvin again. The team just finished up a major project for kitchen & bathroom in our old single family home. He took out multiple levels of ancient vinyl flooring and wall plaster to rebuild the two rooms from the ground up (literally).This included drop ceiling removal, floor levelling, new walls & heated floors, plus all the other needs for those rooms. The Mavy team helped us replace double pocket doors into a regular door setup, with great attention to detail to match the existing trim and color. The team was very communicative and professional, and the work was very well done in a timely manner. We cannot tell the difference between the existing construction and the renovation thanks to the meticulous attention to finishing detail. During the work, the team made every effort to keep the work area clean, mitigating dust and vacuuming daily. We will definitely work with Mavy again for our next project.

I hired Marvin to redo two bathrooms in my condo and they came out great. Marvin takes great pride in his work and it shows. He is patient, flexible, reliable and takes no shortcuts. He even fixed a few things he didn't have to. Communication from beginning to end (I went away for three weeks and everything continued apace). We were immediately impressed with the speed of Ivy’s response to our request for an estimate for our bathroom renovation, Marvin came out exactly the day and time that was agreed upon and got to inspecting the bathroom. A day or 2 later Ivy got back to us with a comprehensive and detailed estimate and we quickly agreed to it. We hired Marvin to update our guest bathroom. The communication throughout the process was excellent and a key reason we would look to hire Mavy in the future.
