By far the most unprofessional outfit I worked with. Charged me 150 for an estimate, its been over 3 weeks and I still haven't received an estimate. And after asking for my money back they will not return my calls and they will not pick up the phone. If I could put zero starts I would because even one start is more then this joke of a business is worth

My ac was not working properly and I already had one company out earlier in day that said they couldn't come back to access the issues for 3 days. I called Max Heating & Air Conditioning Co and they were out in the new few hours and my ac was working nicely before bedtime. I have had a few questions since and they have been able to address them through pictures and FaceTime.

We had our first heating inspection since purchasing the house. Our service technician Fred. was great! He was friendly, on time, and circled back for us same-day even though we missed our scheduled appointment time. He pulled out our blower assembly in order to inspect the heating element. He was meticulous and clean with his work. We would recommend Max Heating & Air Conditioning to others based on our experience with Fred.

The scheduling was easy and the service was outstanding. The estimator, and the two technicians that installed my A/C and Furnace were super friendly and helpful along the way. The install was flawless and clean while they worked with me along the way to insure everything was to my liking and professionally done. Fantastic experience.

Scheduled a replacement of AC and Furnace.Max Heating & Air Conditioning crew arrived on time and were very courteous. They completed the job on schedule, reviewed all the work they performed with me and prior to leaving. They cleaned up and left everything in order. This was the second system that Max Heating & Air Conditioning has replaced for me and the experience on both from scheduling and estimate to scheduling the installation to completing the work has been top notch.
