Maxi Clean Greenville Carpet Cleaning

Zero stars if possible! First, The man was late , unprofessional and sagged his pants on the job. I don't judge a book by its cover but he also wore nothing over the same sneakers he walked in with and literally used his shoes to rub in the "treatment solution" which after drying, must have been vinegar water because the stains were the same if not a couple new ones from his dirty shoes walking in and out of my home while the carpets were pooling with water (we are now checking the floors for mold because it took 36 hours for the carpets to dry with how wet they were left.) I have home security and watching it back and I was disgusted with the ethics behind the work. We hired Maxi Clean to clean our master bedroom carpet and stairs/hallway. The technician was very friendly and on time. It took him about 45 minutes to do all areas which I thought was quick considering our bedroom carpet is older. We were not expecting a miracle by any means but we were told our carpets would be clean of dirt, dander, skin cells etc. because we paid extra for the enzyme treatment. About 2 days after being cleaned the carpets were dry but new stain had surfaced. Understandable considering the age of the carpet but it actually looked worse than before having it cleaned. I text and email the company letting them know of my concern and got no response. I ended up spot treating the areas myself and after 2 weeks ended up spending another $100 on my own carpet cleaner because

Maxi clean does a horrible job. Called to have them steam clean carpets at my dads house and the technician was only there a total of 30 minutes. Including the time he pulled in to the driveway and all packed up pulling out of driveway. Not once were we told about a 48 hr policy, meaning if we were not happy we only had 48 hrs to call and complain. Unfortunately my dad does not live there. We questioned the tech about some dark spots several times and was told it will dry lighter and the color difference was only because the carpet was wet. We took the guy at his word,so when we were able to go back to the house a week later. We now have spots where there once was no spots, freshly painted base boards are scratched up and have to be repainted, and carpet still looks dirty. When we called "

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Just hired them to do a job yesterday at my residence and the guy they sent out was very unprofessional. He was on his phone the majority of the time and therefore wasn’t that focused on doing the actual job of steam cleaning my furniture. Needless to say my furniture doesn’t look any better than before as I still have stains on it and I’m pretty sure a new water stain on it from where they didn’t suction the water off of it correctly. They also had excess water left on my hardwood floors and streaks of water going down my living room walls. Needless to say it took quite some time for me to clean up the mess after them. I requested that the owner of this company rectify this situation by refunding a portion of the money I paid for this poor service. He refused to do so.

Had a sectional that was in need of some TLC as well as the carpet in a theater room. Daniel came in and took excellent care of it! Everything looks brand new. Stellar job!
