Cordell is the best! We used maximum carpet to solve a mold issue we had in our nursery (self-induced with overuse of a humidifier) as well as an issue we found in our attic (from a bathroom venting into our attic without adequate over ventilation). Cordell explained everything to us in detail, was SO reliable and easy to work with, I could not recommend him more!!
