I had the opportunity to have Shannon and her team do a deep clean in my house a couple of hours away from Laramie. First of all, when I sent her an email for an inquiry, she replied to me in timely manner. She was upfront with how much it costs, informed me of the details about the type of cleaning that they do, and any questions I had were answered. She was flexible with the schedule and kept me updated during the cleaning on what’s going to be done for the day. I loved the deep cleaning that they did to the house. They meticulously cleaned everything from top to bottom. The house smelled amazing when I got in there and I am one happy customer! We gave them a fair chance for a few months but stopped working with Shannon because the service was very chaotic and we noticed issues quality control and reliability. She would chat on the phone while cleaning and her distractedness led to poor results and even property damage (which she resolved eventually). When her cleaning staff had spotty work, she did come to fix it. The service added more stress than subtracted due to how much we had to communicate about cleaning and quality control.
