We had a fantastic experience with Maximum Carpet and Flooring! We removed all of the carpet on our entire second floor and stairs and replaced it with LVP and a custom carpet runner on the stairs. The team was prompt, reliable, and professional from start to finish. They worked efficiently, paid close attention to detail, and did a beautiful job with the installation. They also cleaned up thoroughly each day, leaving everything neat and tidy. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Maximum Carpet and Flooring to anyone looking for quality flooring and great service!

Max is the guy to call. He and his team redid the carpet on our stairs in Bushwick and they were amazing to work with from start to finish. Max is communicative, reliable, punctual, fairly priced and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. We are so happy with the end result and highly recommend him and his team!

On Tuesday January 13th , 2026 I walked in Maximum Carpet and saw Max. He said hello what can i do for you. I explained to him I am looking for Vinyl planking floor for my basement in gray. Max stated i have just what you need for a basement floor. He showed me a beautiful gray sample vinyl floor. Wow I said perfect. Amazing ...Max knows his business and he stated hes been doing flooring all is life. He came to my home measured and his price was reasonable. I can tell his price was good because i had several other estimates. Max Carpets is family owned and him and his family are looking out for people like us. Max was a pleasure to deal with. Installation was excellent - the two gentlemen who came to recarpet 2 of our bedrooms moved all furniture, installed the carpeting perfectly, and re-placed the furniture. Nice guys who knew what they were doing. The primary installer has been doing this for 26 years! I highly recommend this neighborhood, privately owned company. I hate dealing with big box companies, good to know there is a local dealership that does a great job at a reasonable price.

Here’s the GOOD, the BAD, & the UGLY! The GOOD: - Nice owner we even met his family… - He’s patient and will take time to show you the store, the samples… He will make it happen! - I absolutely love my hardware floors & carpeted stairs, they are beautiful and unique. The BAD: - Please note I had my carpet installed a few years ago, but as I am about to redo a few rooms due the sloppy workmanship of the carpet installers (same as the wood floor installers). I’ve decided to share my story…. - as they installed the carpets even though I paid for Brand new padding, they installed half of the room with brand new padding and the other half with the old flattened padding. This became very obvious after they were done as as you walked on the carpeted rooms ….you literally went down a 1/2 of an
