He can out to do a first appointment for a home warranty claim. He did a good job diagnosing the problem. Left and said he would be back the next day because he needed a Permit. I waited the next day for 3 hours and he never texted or called to tell me he dropped me as a client. This is very rude and unprofessional. The least he could have done was send me a text so I didn't waste 3 hours of my day waiting for him.
