May Heating & Air Conditioning

We had an excellent experience with May Heating & Air Conditioning. Quentin came out quickly to assess our system when our heater stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year—our house was down to 42°!!! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly responsive. Communication was outstanding, and they continued to check in afterward to make sure everything was working properly. I truly can’t say enough good things about this business. We will absolutely be using them again for future maintenance and service.

Fantastic! Fair,prompt service very professional. Answered all of our questions patiently. Our furnace went out during the big snow storm. They texted for info and pictures of furnace and error codes. They came as soon as the roads were ok to travel. Did many things and diagnostics to determine we did need a new pressure switch. They got the part and came and installed it. Quinten tested everything to make sure it was now running properly. I am sure Bob and Quinten had many calls but did not cut corners and made sure to answer everything we asked. They will now take care of all of our AC and heating needs. We were very pleased!

I cant tell you how happy I am with this company!! I want everyone to use them for their heating and air needs! They are beyond fair and actually show up when they say!! They truly helped me and my daughter with our furnance this past month! And they want to help you, not just charge you an arm and a leg. I am very grateful for the MAY family and what a wonderful family owned business!!!! I will be a forever client and I will tell everyone to call them if they need to! They just installed a new furnace for us and the entire process was smooth and efficient. I can't say enough positive things about this company. They are hard working, communicative, knowledgeable, professional and reliable. Call them without reservation!

Lovely experience on 11/28/25 my furnace went out ( not lovely) called multiple businesses with no luck or hope of help in sight. So googled more local heating repair services and came across this business. Family ran, first the father tried to help me over the phone to resolve the issue, but no avail. Then in a short period of time the son and his little helper showed up and fixed the issue extremely fast. Allowing my family especially my 8 month old daughter to no longer be bundled up like Eskimo’s. And as luck would have it in this neighborhood city of Pittsburgh the son was 17 and installed ac unit my house. I hope his daughter continues in this business providing excellent customer service.
