I couldn't be happier with our decision to use Romea to install our replacement furnace. Rick came right away to give us a quote, and Rich and Porky did a remarkable neat, professional and clean job. Rich went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and informed, he refuses to cut corners and his work shows. They came when they said, did what they promised, charged what they quoted with no added costs. In the more than 35 years we've been in this house, I think the Romea crew is the most professional contractors we've ever had. The Romeas were awesome to work with. I went with them because they were local and offered a 5 year warranty on labor (other quotes I got had 1-3 years), plus there was no sales pressure during the whole process, just here is what we can do, call us if you want to move forward. We had an adventure on AC install with a storm knocking out power for several days they were were almost done, but Rich communicated quickly and clearly regarding scheduling every time. Looking forward to a long term relationship with them!

I am so glad that a few years ago a friend of mine recommended me calling Romea and Son! I have been working with them for years! I met Rich's Dad on a routine pre winter furnace check and they have been my go to HVAC company since. This year it was time to bite the bullet and replace out 30 plus year old system! Rich came over gave us an estimate and answered all of my questions! He took the time to email with me, talk to me on the phone about stuff, and text me! Not one question I had went unaswered and trust me I had alot. As my wife and I always do, we got other estimates. But no other company made us feel as comfortable as Rich. No pressure, full explainations on everything, did not push us to do or get anything we didnt want. So glad we went with Romea and Son! The system

After asking for references for a new furnace I called for an estimate. They would not call the home warranty company to see if anything would be covered would not write and estimate. Was quoted almost double for a furnace. Apparently they were going to take advantage of a senior citizen single woman. Only wanted to be paid in cash. Very unreliable company. Don’t even waste your time or money

Very satisfied! Our furnace died on Saturday and Romea had a new unit in on Tuesday. We can not thank them enough! Amazing work, fair price and everyone was extremely nice and professional! Highly recommend!
