I'm so impressed at the entire process. I had another appointment with some other carpet cleaners today but something told me I better check Yelp. I did and this place came up with so many excellent reviews I quickly cancelled my appointment and young man by the name of Curtis did his thing, I explained the mildew situation and he put me at ease I was so excited how clean and fast it was. Please don't go anywhere else even late emails where replied to by the owner so excited to find honest people who do an excellent job
