Mayflower

Don't use if you have nice furniture. They loaded the furniture onto a truck carefully and then unloaded it to a warehouse for temporary storage. Most of the furniture was damaged in the warehouse. They claim that the furniture was damaged as result of a move. The adjustor they sent out to look at the claim said the items were damaged before shipment which conflicts with the records and pictures. You would be better renting a POD and packing it yourself.

Worst moving experience in my life. We went with the better deal but you get what you pay for. Damaged furniture, boxes, totes. Things disassembled and no screws or accessories. They put super heavy boxes on Wardrobe boxes. Amazingly Horrible. No furniture wrapped.

Horrible experience. Driver had a major attitude. Damaged boxes, disassembled power washer and damaged. Dropped 5 foot toolbox off the ramp and damaged. It was raining and they made no attempt to cover anything. Left out in rain and I had to tell them to cover the floors and not put wet items on laminate flooring. I have moved many times and this is by far the worst.

Not reliable at all. They promise it's Mayflower moving, but in reality, they outsource your move to a lesser reputable affiliate one with a 2 star rating. If I'm told it's a Mayflower truck with Mayflower employees, then that's what I expect, not 2 men in a white truck. They cost me way too much aggravation than necessary. When they decided to honor their agreement a day before moving, they were going to hold my furniture for 11 days. (REALLY) No apology can make up for their deception. Don't waste my time asking me to contact you to discuss this, I've heard enough. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Ray Young was my representative and Wendy was the coordinator Both were outstanding to work with. I had to move quick and on a budget. Ray coached me through everything. Everyone was nice and very professional. My belongings were delivered 3 weeks early.
