Elmer searched several suppliers until he found an out-of-state stone supplier to provide exactly what we needed. Additionally, to ensure their warranty, Mazariegos Bros. performed more-than-expected demolition work without additional cost to our contract. The project took longer than originally expected (through no fault of Elmer), but the great price and superior quality of the end product were well worth it.

Having paid another company for tile replacement for my pool and built in spa 3 years ago which fell apart 2 to 3 years later (on all the horizontal and adjacent vertical surfaces), I was understandably nervous about redoing the project. We signed end of August, and the dig began November! Dig: pros: great crew that went beyond to the point they cleaned my driveway cons: no discussion of what we should do to prepare for the dig as we were given a few days’ notice. One of the crew’s trucks dripped oil all over the upper pad of our driveway leaving a permanent stain. I was given a sheet to sign: Excavation Approval Form. This should have been available during the signing of the contract for review and understanding vs presenting it unexpectedly at the dig.
