TLDR: safe, thorough, educational. 10/10 would call again. - My in-unit residential heater has been rattling and the filter light has been going off since I moved in (2 years). I've taken it apart (as much as I could) to do superficial cleanings, but to be safe I asked my landlord if I could find a Rinnai-certified technician to complete a professional servicing. I found Mazgan on Google and chose them due to their 4.7 rating. My landlord's initial concerns with outsourcing from the super was that companies tend to tack on hidden fees/charges.
