We had a warranty issue with our granite composite sink from Mazi, and they came through like champions for us! Not only did they honor their warranty, but they hooked us up by letting us pick up our replacement at a store in our area where their truck was going to be the very next day. That saved us a lot of time and a lot of gas! Special thanks to Giovanni! Great customer service!!!

We have a kitchen faucet that was installed by a countertop contractor that they puchased from Mazi a few years ago. A little hole protector failed and I contacted the installer whom contacted Mazi. Mazi mailed the replacemet part to my home at no charge. The part fit perfectly and the boss is very happy. You can't beat that type of customer service. Thank you Mazi Sinks! Mike
