MB CleanTrust did an excellent mold remediation job at my house after one other company had botched it. They were very thorough and did exactly what they said in their protocol and more. Excellent customer service as well. They were respectful of the place, punctual and efficient. They're also IICRC certified and have CSMI and CRMR certifications. Highly recommended!

MC CleanTrust is a must book for those tough house moments. We had a mold issue from a water intrusion leak in the wall to our primary bedroom. Not only did they answer promptly when I called but they came out to do a test to find out type of mold we were dealing with. They were able to clean the entire area, treat the mold and get rid of it, complete contractor repairs and even repainted. They worked around our schedule and explained everything in educational and respectful manner. If any other house issues come up again, I won't hesitate to call as the customer service and skill was top notch. This local run business took the stress away and restored our home back to new again. Can't recommend enough!

We recently purchased a home that had a strong pet odor. We contacted Michael to clean the carpet. We were on a short time frame as we wanted to do it before we move in. We communicated several days and he was scheduled to come on Sat afternoon. On Friday night at 9:50pm, I received an email stating he would not be able to come the next day. He did not offer to reschedule, even though he knew I was now in even more of a time crunch. He offered names of other companies that on a Sat morning, I had to start the whole process over, with even less time. I do not consider him a reliable source to book services with.

I've used Michael's services a couple of times and I'm completely impressed. He was highly recommended from an air quality contractor I was working with. My wife has lyme disease and mold intolerance and it's very important that we have a clean environment to live in. Michael came in our home and attic and completely cleaned and recommended fixes to our structure to make things much better. He was professional, thorough, and honest. If you're considering Michael for his services I wouldn't hesitate.
