Cabinets came in 2 weeks late counters came in almost a month late. I paid extra for butcher block counters because they were supposed to be locally sourced and faster. Counters also came in 2 inches too long one side and half inch short the other side. I was told I must have installed it wrong. I have been a carpenter for 24 years. They also cut the sink in too close to the front so our under mount sink would not fit properly. Tracy our sales lady said she would refund some money for all our troubles but no reasonable response yet. I can not in good conscious recommend this company. I do however love modern builder supply in Akron I order all my windows and siding from them without a problem
