Mr McCravy went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. Our refrigerator was too old to repair - the part he needed was no longer available. He searched unsuccessfully for a compatible part. He took numerous phone calls from us as we searched for a replacement refrigerator, advising us on brands and styles and price, just out of kindness. We recommend him for his knowledge and courtesy and willingness to help, even when there wasn't a repair job in it for him. It s great to have a local appliance repairman to use and recommend!

This is the second time we’ve used Barry. He came out in 2024 (right after we purchased our house and the dishwasher didn’t work) the man we purchased the house from had someone come out and fix the dishwasher. I got his name when he came. I called him again Monday when our dishwasher wasn’t working properly. He came out Tuesday and he had it working when he left. I will call him again if I need a repair man. Prompt, courteous, polite, friendly

Barry came out to fix our Maytag washer. He told us exactly what he was doing, and charged a reasonable price. He performed a thorough diagnostic review, and then tested his repairs afterward. That to me is a sign of a seasoned repair technician. He works by word of mouth, and he does plenty of business. That should tell you all you need to know. We are well satisfied with his work, and recommend him highly to anyone who needs appliance repair.

This is the 2nd time I have used Mr. McCravy to repair one of our appliances. He is responsive, FAST, reliable, and trustworthy! Although I have a home warranty, I call Mr. McCravy b/c I know I will receive quality work at an affordable price and not have to wait 2-3 weeks for the warranty company to send someone out. HIGHLY recommend!

I placed the call at 3:20 and at 4:00 my dishwasher was running! He just happened to be in the neighborhood and said he'd come take a look so if he needed to order a part, he could get it on order. Thankfully it was just a loose connection! He tightened the wire, used a better wire nut, checked everything out and was done! Thank you Mr. McCravy!
