MC Fence of Winchester

Couldn't add to my last review 2 months ago so I am using my old Gmail account to add an update. We have still heard very little from the company. One guy came out once and was only able to do a single repair attempt. We are still having issues with the back gate, which now has to be forced closed after only 4 months from installation as the latch pieces catch on the gate, when it should be a smooth open and close. Every attempt to email or text (we gave up on calling as we want every conversation documented) has been met with silence.

Update/Response to Owner: The owner’s claim of "false info" to avoid payment is disappointing. We have already rendered payment in full. We simply want resolution per the workmanship warranty in our agreement. Contract/Payment: We lacked a physical contract and the digital link was expired. We only received a contract number to render payment when the owner showed up at our door demanding funds for "payroll." It is impossible to pay when a contractor fails to provide the means or documents to do so. Admissions: While the owner claims "no issues," their own staff admitted the gate was wrong. Photos of misaligned hardware and structural gaps contradict their "beautiful" assessment. DO NOT GET A DECK WITH MC FENCE!!!!!! This has been the biggest headache ever! They first put up our deck with it completely wrong all the pickets were different lengths, nails sticking out, extra holes all over the wood, and they even knocked and big chunk of concrete off our patio and didn’t even tell us!!! So we got them out to fix the pickets and replace a few boards and they did “patch”the concrete ( which is already falling back off!! Then a few days later we noticed the top landing boards were not nailed all the way on and they were moving while we walked so they came to nail those down. She was everything you could ask for as a customer. Answered hundreds of questions, provided us with many estimates on many types of fencing. When we needed to wait, she told us to call whenever we were ready to pursue our project. Called her this spring and she picked up right where we left off. Always pleasant, always friendly when she would come to the house, our dogs loved her. We had the fence installed 2 weeks ago, and Alam and his crew were great. Friendly, respectful and professional.
