My experience with this company was excellent. Their knowledge regarding my well issues was outstanding. The owner cautioned me about the selection of service providers that encourage the installation of hard wall piping instead of retaining the flex PVC. There is no need to replace the piping if the existing pipe is still serviceable. When hard piping is installed, it drives the need to use a crane rig to remove the pump in the future adding considerable cost to future services. There is also no reason to replace wiring if the existing wiring is still serviceable. My well was over 600ft deep, and the replacement pump was competitively priced, and everything is working fine. My well pump stopped working. I called and the lady who answered was very nice and super knowledgeable about the services offered. When the crew got out here, they also knew what they were doing and did it in a timely manner. I will use them again in the future

The Shirley family wrote the book on integrity. Shirley discovered my problem was an interior electrical problem and not the pump. They could have told me it was the pump, charged me $$$$ and I would not have known the difference. They only charged me $120. I offered to pay for their valuable crane time and they refused! Vendors be carefull the lady that does the day to day if she doesn't like you or you get on her bad side she will make up stuff to get you terminated from your employer
