Mike is the absolute best! We have lived a couple places and he has serviced both homes. He is honest and upfront. I completely trust that he will do the job right. He doesn't try to sell you a new machine, he will fix it if it can be. Our newly purchased home needed a new furnace and ac unit (30 and 20 year old units) and while doing the fix he noticed a couple other issues around the home including the hot water heater exhaust (we had just hired someone to replace all the plumbing in the home and they didn't notice/say it wasn't done right). I can't say enough good things about him and how happy we are to have found him to help keep our home warm and cool!
