The entire team is so accommodating and will not stop until the work is done. Bruce Sr. and Bruce Jr., especially, are so patient with customers, they take their time to explain the repairs; they recommended what is need "now," and what is needed "later," and they will not push you to do more. Their prices are honest and fair and their work is true. This is the type of company you should hold on to and use over and over again.

Good, reliable people. When I purchased my home the previous owner had used them for maintenance and oil and highly recommended them. I have used them from the first month we moved in and have had great experiences with them also. We usually fill up once a season but we recently had a baby and have to keep the house warmer than usual. I unexpectedly ran out of oil not considering how much extra we were using. I would have never thought I would go through a tank in three months that would have normally lasted all winter with some to spare. I called at 8:00 on a Friday night and within the hour they were there, filled the tank and got the furnace going. I will no longer be using this company. My furnace has been randomly shutting off for months. Sometimes the reset button works, sometimes it doesn't. Often, when the reset button is hit, the small box will vibrate and make a loud noise. In October, I called the company about the issue and explained what was happening. It took a few days for someone to come out, but the weather was mild so it wasn't a big deal. When the tech arrived, I explained what was happening and he said he found the problem. Almost $600 later he says it is fixed and leaves. Not 5 minutes after he leaves, it shuts off again. It takes hours before he returns and works on it again. This time it seems to work. We had a problem with our well pump and our normal plumber wouldn't work on well pumps. McCaffrey was recommended to us and they were able to get someone out to look at it the same day, which is pretty rare in my experience!
