I had a siding issue on a home I bought and when it was opened up there was a whole colony of carpenter ants in there. I contacted McCall and Dave Biddle was able to come out the next afternoon to do a treatment, plus remove a wasp nest that was just getting started in the eaves. He answered my questions about my cat's safety around the treated area and inspected for additional issues, which thankfully were not found. I appreciate the quick and thorough service.

Bryan has been servicing our home for several years now and always provides excellent service. He is also wonderful with pets and at my request, makes sure they are not affected by the products he uses by not treating near them. My German shepherd who has grown up with his visits is always happy to see him, and he's always happy to take the time to give her some attention while he's here. Bryan Peters is always professional and courteous. He’s efficient. He takes the time to make sure my gates are shut properly when finished with his work. Outside service is done every 3 months. Charges are $80 every month.

Our experience with Austin was smooth and pleasant. Very professional in person and on the phone. We appreciated the advance call and his explanations throughout the inspection process. We’re happy to renew our annual contract with McCall after interacting with Austin.

Tony had good communications, alerting me to his arrive time. He was friendly and professional throughout his visit as he began the first step in dealing with our rat infestation issue in our attic and garage.
