We were never fully satisfied with professional carpet cleaning services (e.g., stains would return shortly after cleaning) until we found Andrew over 15 years ago. Since that time, we have only used Andrew for our carpet/tile, couch/upholstery, area rugs, and grout cleaning needs. He is courteous, friendly, professional, thorough, and we have been fully satisfied with the cleaning. Though we moved to hardwood floors a few years ago, we still have Andrew come for grout/tile and couch cleaning a few times a year.
