We can’t say enough about the outstanding customer service provided by Todd and Paul from start to finish. Oscar and his team did an excellent job with the installation. Todd was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the decision-making process and helping us choose the best options for our space—never an easy task when selecting flooring. We’re very happy we decided on carpet. Paul also stopped by twice to check on the progress of the installation, which we truly appreciated. Without a doubt, McCalls will be our go-to choice for all our flooring needs.

Todd was amazing to work with! It took about 10 days from walking in the store to having new flooring in our bedroom. Todd made the process easy and was knowledgeable about what carpet would work best for us. Next time we need new flooring I’m going straight back to McCalls to work with him.

I will not be able to say enough good words on our project. It all started with a dish washer water value leaking on our kitchen floor while we were out of town. Our first call after 2 months of drying the hardwood floor was to Eric. He came out and said that the floor would have to be replaced, sanded and refinished due to cupping. We contacted the insurance company and they said have Eric to send a quote, he did. Eric also lined up a moving company to move the furniture out. While we were in this process we decided to not replace old carpet in 4 other bedrooms but to add hardwood floors there also. So the main floor and second floor either got new hardwood flooring or refinished hardwood flooring (approx 4,000 sq ft). The process took 2 weeks and all the crews were easy to work with and

Our Sales Rep Mike Beard was very proactive with his follow up and Dennis did an outstanding job installing our carpet on our stairs.
