Needed a capacitor that they were only one after 2 other places to have it. Was a bit short fund's wise and was helped to ensure I could get my AC back running. Such a blessing and greatly appreciated!!! Great customer service!!!

Didn't have air filter in stocked . Salesperson stated Didn't have date when they would to just keep checking back. Did purchase a case of another size which asked salesperson how material to cut my own and couldn't understand. Went to ace also Lowes had material and found I can just order from Amazon and don't have to worry about people that don't care about customer service.

Even though there was 3 employees up front it took time for me to be served one employee was on his cell phone carrying on conversation with a friend about vacation I know this because it was that loud and it was apparently more important than performing his job. I did see his name but he was the only African American working in the front area
