Yesterday when it was 12° outside my heat went out and I woke up in a 50° house. Once I finally bit the bullet and decided it wasn’t going to fix itself I was recommended to this company by a coworker. I figured since I was calling so late that I would have to just plug in space heaters and hope my pipes didn’t freeze. They came out late at night and fixed my heat same day! No crazy price gouge and even quoted out a service for me that I was apparently about to get ripped off on next month. I will be rescheduling the appointment I had with the other company and rescheduling with McCord. As a young first time homebuyer, who has no idea about anything regarding HVAC I was very impressed with the transparency and honesty from this company!

Absolutely fantastic service! A friend recommended them to me and I was not disappointed. After being told an absurd price from a different company to fix our heating and being told it would be at least a week till anyone could fix it I was more than willing to seek a second opinion. From start to finish the technicians were professional, friendly, and efficient. They arrived on time, were able to come same day we called, explained everything clearly, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with our heating system same day! Prices were reasonable and the quality of work was top notch. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of a reliable and expert heating services. Will definitely call them again if I ever need future maintenance!

Came same day and figured out an issue I have been having for a while. They were very reasonably priced, made recommendations but didn’t push anything. They also had what they needed to replace a part without even knowing what unit I had, and leveled the attic unit with materials they found. So happy with their services.

We have used McCord HVAC for many years. They have always been responsive and reliable. We pay for the yearly maintenance contract, where they come out each season, check the performance of the system and change our filters. Over the weekend, we had noticed a vibration noise coming from our upstairs unit. I called Ms. Betty this morning, and she put in a work order for us. Kelly and Josh came out about an hour later and got us all fixed up. We appreciate the quick response and how they value each of their customers.
