We have hired Ryan McCosker for multiple properties and a variety of projects, the most recent was a total renovation of a 3 bed, 2 bath 1800 sq/ft ranch. As with any renovation there were unexpected challenges that Ryan conquered with determination and precision. Ryan's devotion to perfection is evident in the results which are always exceptional. Ryan was extremely considerate of working within the living space of our home with minimal disruption.

Ryan of McCosker Builders did an exceptional job of repairing the sloped ceiling in my bedroom. His attention to detail in a small and challenging space was amazing. Excellent workmanship! I would highly recommend McCosker Builders

"Attention to detail" characterizes Ryan! He came recommended to me and I'm very happy with the work he did: replacing my tired kitchen cabinets with upgraded ones; overseeing the quartz countertop measurement; installing the sink, faucet, dishwasher and microwave; and cleaning up every day. He was a pleasure to work with and very reasonably priced in my mind. I've already given out his card to others.

I couldn’t be happier with my custom home built by McCosker Builders. I was so happy I had them build me a shed to match the house. Ryan was the only builder of the several I met with that walked my property and did research with the city before even meeting with me. He listened to my wants and gave me advice when designing my house. My house was completed in the time I was promised and very close to the original quote (quite a feat considering it was built at the height of the pandemic when lumber and other materials were in short supply and prices increased significantly). As for quality and attention to detail. I don’t believe you will find a builder that will do better. I have the advantage of having a relative in the building trade that walked through with me during the process and
