Stopped in to look around and check about renting some construction equipment, staff was very friendly at the service/ parts counter!! John was out at the time, but gave me a call a bit later, and talked about what needed to be taken care of to start rentals. Will definitely try to do business with them!!

As always have to spend at least one hour to return something that you rented. You walk in it's like a ghost town. You find someone and they call and call and call. Finally they find someone. And they walk you into the shop area and have to get a certified mechanic to unload the attachment that you brought back after renting from them. Seems to me management is never around when thier supposed to be. Always busy or out to lunch. It's a complete shame that a customer can walk the entire building including the shop area and there are no management anywhere. They just keep passing the buck on down the line. Looks like management would quit hiding and do the job you are paying them to do. Paying customers are your lively hood. Piss them off and who needs mccoy anymore. Just returning a RENT

This place is awesome. I own a catapillar excavator and take it to deere for service because ive had a much better experience at mccoy than i have cat. All the guys are great from the mechanics to the managers. All have given me top notch service and parts and will spend time helping the good ol boys. Next machine i buy will be from mccoy. Some of the nicest guys you will ever meet. They know what they are talking about. They do work properly....Try to have a good time when it's appropriate but it's always about the customer. They have great products so just do your job properly and the inventory sells itself.

Dropped my E series riding mower off for oil change and new PTO belt. Price they quoted was exact and it was completed the same day. By far best service I have seen and highly recommend. For example with my cub cadet I took to local dealer. They asked me if I purchased there I said no was bought when I lived in another state. Rep said well it’s atleast a 3 month wait for repairs. This is why I own JD now and recommend Meade for all service and repairs. Thank you.
